NOTICE

 

9 th Business Session – Trans Orange Conference

 

Notice is hereby given in terms of the Constitution of the Trans-Orange Conference that the 9 th Regular Business Session of the Trans-Orange Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist is called to convene at George Bou Conference Centre, 234 Visagie Street, Pretoria on the evening of Saturday, 20 October to Sunday, 21 October 2007:

 

  1. Receive reports of the activities and finances of the Conference during the past triennial;
  2. Elect Officers, departmental directors and an executive committee for ensuring triennial term;
  3. Set objectives and lay plans for the ensuring triennial term
  4. Transact such other business as may properly come before the session.

 

Registration and first business meeting will take place from Saturday 19h00. The second business meeting will convene at 08h00 on Sunday 21 October 2007.
